Answer of Question2:
I found interesting some of you are taking MCSE exams in the
following order:
1. 70-67 NT Server
2. 70-59 TCP/IP
3. 70-77 IIS3.0/70-87 IIS4.0

I know you want to get MCP+Internet first. But, In my opinion, this
is not a short-cut. Instead, you'll spend more time and efforts to
get MCP+Internet in this order because you lack those must-have info
about network and NT in Enterprise.

The MCSE exam taken-order I suggest:
1. 70-58 Network Essentials
2. 70-67 NT Server 4.0
3. 70-73 NT Workstation 4.0
4. 70-68 NT in the Enterprise
5. 70-59 TCP/IP
6. 70-77 IIS3/70-87 IIS4.0/etc.
If you know little about network but are relatively familiar with
Microsoft Windows OS before you begin studying for MCSE, I think you
could take 70-67 NT Server4.0 before 70-58 Network Essentials.

Well, it's only a personal view. Don't mind to have your own way.
:-) BTW, the test-taken order itself will not affect your certification
goal.
